Pipeline Pre-welding
Pipeline pre-welding is the first crucial step in the production of heat pumps. It involves pre-welding of the 4-way valve components and expansion valve components before the subsequent welding process can be carried out smoothly.
There are two key points in pipeline pre-welding:
Pipeline cleaning: The pipeline is cleaned to remove dust, dirt and other impurities from the surface of the pipeline to ensure its cleanliness.
Internal cleanliness of the pipeline: It is a common practice to prevent oxidation inside the pipeline by filling the system with nitrogen during welding, which can ensure the internal cleanliness. Additionally, the intensity of the welding flame and the duration of the welding time need to be controlled to prevent over-burning and oxidation of the welding junction, ensuring the quality of the welding. After the welding is completed, the vacuum level and dryness in the system need to be ensured through the operation of vacuumizing. This effectively guarantees the cleanliness and dryness of the pipeline, thus improving the welding performance and product quality of the pipeline.
By carrying out pre-welding treatment, the reliability of the system’s pipeline can be effectively improved, ensuring the welding quality and efficiency of the production line.
